Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant / Office Administrator to support daily administrative operations at our office. The ideal candidate will handle routine office tasks, assist different departments, and ensure the workplace runs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and messages.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing Shipments.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Maintain a clean and organised office environment.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Proven 1-2 experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise duties.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced office or corporate environment.
  •  Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines).
