Responsibilities:

• Recommend RV part(s) based on client need/want
• Assist when required with general warehouse duties Handling inbound sales via telephone and email enquiries from our customers
•  Building a rapport with customers
• Convert incoming enquiries into orders using Manufacture EPCs and our DMS
• Upsell products and services where appropriate for the customer
• Record and escalate Customer Concerns

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience is required with in-depth knowledge of automobiles
• General Motors experience, preferred. A team player with an outgoing personality who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule.
• IT literate and numerate
• Confidence on the phone

Salary Range: 2000 AED - 3000 AED (Negotiable)
